THE STORY
WORLD CHAMPION · K PERFORMANCE FOUNDER
"It motivates me to utilize everything within me — I saw my potential and I knew the difficult times weren't because that was all I had."
A decade of discipline, doubt, and determination
Nándor Sári was more than a coach — he was the architect of champions. From the small-town Plastex Kanizsa Kayak Club, he produced Olympic gold medalists and world champions. His handwritten training journals, meticulous periodization, and unwavering belief in his athletes shaped the foundation of everything K Performance stands for today.
"He will accomplish much with this dedication and enthusiasm, barring injury or illness." — Sári Nándor about Levente, 2021
Where data meets discipline
"We didn't say it out loud with Bence, but we knew this was a gold-winning unit."— LEVENTE KURUCZ, 2025
"I saw my potential and I knew the difficult times weren't because that was all I had."— KKNA INTERVIEW, 2025
Studies cardiac data, pulse zones, and sports diagnostics. Pulls methodology from professional cycling — which he considers the most advanced endurance sport.
Works directly with Plastex boat manufacturer and designer Ryszard Seruga on hull design, researching every advantage in equipment and technique.
Works with a sports psychologist. Focuses on "the next step ahead" rather than dwelling on setbacks. "I always look at the nearest goal."
After losing his coach at 18, he built his own support team from scratch — physiologists, psychologists, strength coaches — studying Sári's handwritten journals to understand periodization.
I built K Performance to share the system that took me from a small-town kayak club to the top of the world. Not just the workouts — but the thinking, the structure, and the discipline behind them. Whether you're training for Ironman, building strength, or optimizing nutrition — the principles are the same.
